Nashville, Tenn. – March 17, 2026 – Lodge2A (L2A), a first-of-its-kind 16,000 sq-ft private member club launching in Nashville that blends hospitality with the world’s top simulated shooting technology, announced the hiring of Eric Chabon to lead its food and beverage program.
Chabon will oversee all culinary and beverage operations as Vice President of Hospitality at L2A as the club prepares for its Fall 2026 inaugural opening at Cummins Station in Nashville.
With more than 24 years in the hospitality industry, Chabon brings a service-driven approach shaped by experience across wine operations, fine dining, and private clubs. His background spans both operational leadership and guest-facing roles, fueling his passion for creating memorable hospitality experiences. He began his journey with Hillstone / Houston’s restaurants and, most recently, he spent the last 9 years in Atlanta at Umi Sushi and Himitsu private club serving in operations and general manager roles.

Guests can expect local farm-to-table ingredients, rotating menus emphasizing seasonal flavors and thoughtful accommodations for dietary needs and preferences. Menu highlights will include dishes such as Huntsman’s Chili made with seasonal game and beef, an Iconic French Dip, and S.O.S. – an elevated classic preparation of dried prime beef in cream sauce with toasted points. The menu will also feature a rotating signature 16- ounce Lodge Ribeye, finished with roasted herb butter and L2A’s signature steak sauce.
In addition to daily dining, L2A will offer member-exclusive culinary experiences, including Monthly Chef’s Table, private dining rooms, and whiskey locker availability. The beverage program will offer premium spirits and house-made infusions to complement every dish, along with in-house sommelier offerings.

As L2A undergoes construction, its 2,000-sq-ft experience center at Cummins Station is now open, offering prospective members a by-appointment preview of the club’s immersive technology and an inside look at what’s to come.
